3. MEMBERSHIP TIERS AND PRICING
Tremence Ltd offers three membership tiers:
- Garage Pass (£25/month): 4 daytime visits/month, basic tool library access, 50% off night events, community access.
- Workshop Pro (£65/month): Unlimited daytime access, full tool library + lift booking, 3D printer/scanner access after induction, 25% off events + 1 guest pass/month, voting rights on equipment.
- Founding Circle (£125/month): 24/7 keycard access, project lock-up bays, full digital fabrication access + £25 materials credit, free event entry + VIP area + 2 guest passes, advisory board seat, quarterly mentor session.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to members.
4. PAYMENT AND BILLING
- Membership fees are billed monthly in advance via Direct Debit or card payment.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe/GoCardless. We do not store your card details.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you. Access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Workshop activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: injury from tools/equipment, exposure to chemicals, vehicle movement, and electrical hazards.

- Tremence Ltd, its directors, employees, and volunteers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the facilities, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

- You have adequate personal insurance for your vehicle and belongings (Tremence's public liability insurance covers our negligence, not your personal property).
