We’ll notify you immediately and provide a 7-day grace period. Access is suspended until payment is resolved, but your membership remains active. We never charge late fees.
We provide 2-post lifts, air compressors, diagnostic scanners, a comprehensive hand tool library, and a digital fabrication lab (3D printers, CNC). Full inventory is available in the member portal.
Workshop Pro and Founding Circle members can book bays up to 48 hours ahead via our app. Garage Pass members have first-come, first-served access during designated hours.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring personal tools. However, all tools must be inspected for safety before use, and you’re responsible for their security.
Yes. We have secure, dedicated parking for members and visitors. Overnight parking is available for Founding Circle members with project lock-up bays.
Daytime access is 9am–6pm, Mon–Sat. Evening access (until 10pm) is available for Workshop Pro and Founding Circle members. Founding Circle members have 24/7 keycard access.
Not at all! We welcome complete beginners. Our mandatory safety induction covers everything you need to know, and our community mentors are always happy to help.
Yes. Every member must complete a 30-minute induction before accessing any equipment. This ensures everyone’s safety and is covered by our insurance.
Yes. We carry £5m public liability insurance that covers members while using facilities as intended. We strongly recommend members also hold personal accident insurance.Q: What PPE is provided vs. what I need to bring?
We provide safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection. You must wear closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing. Specialized PPE (e.g., welding masks) is available for loan.

Members can form official crews (min. 3 people) to collaborate on builds, enter competitions, and reserve group bay time. Crews get dedicated storage and priority event entry.
Weekly Cars & Coffee, themed nights (JDM Fridays, Classic Sundays), skill workshops, build-offs, and guest speaker sessions. All members get discounted or free entry.
Yes! Members can propose events via the member portal. We’ll help with logistics, promotion, and safety compliance. Non-member hosts require approval and a venue fee.

Founding Circle members with lock-up bays can store vehicles indefinitely. Other members may leave vehicles for up to 48 hours with prior approval.
Workshop Pro and Founding Circle members get free locker rental. Garage Pass members can rent lockers for £5/month. All storage is CCTV-monitored.
Vehicles left >30 days without communication will be subject to storage fees (£10/day). After 90 days, we reserve the right to remove/dispose per our Terms.
Yes. Standard lockers (60x40x30cm) are free for Pro/Founding members. Premium sizes available for £10/month.
Our insurance covers damage caused by Tremence negligence only. You must maintain your own comprehensive insurance for theft, fire, or accidental damage.
