How do I report unsafe behavior or a policy violation?

Speak to staff on-site first. If unavailable or you prefer anonymity, use the confidential reporting form in the member portal or email safety@tremence.co.uk. All reports are investigated within 24 hours.

My booking didn’t confirm or the app is glitching.

Refresh the app and check your email for confirmation. If unresolved after 15 minutes, email support@tremence.co.uk with your name, desired time slot, and a screenshot. We’ll manually reserve your bay while we fix the issue.

I was charged incorrectly or have a billing question.

Email billing@tremence.co.uk with your membership ID and details of the discrepancy. We aim to resolve all billing issues within 3 business days. Incorrect charges are refunded immediately upon verification.
